I have a white blotch on my screen. Am I out of luck?

Hello @johncoachm13 What sort of screen are you referring to? Laptop? TV? Monitor? White blotches can sometimes signify hot pixels, but it may still lead to labor to get it repaired or replaced.

These types of issues will require a service for a panel replacement usually. I recommend bringing it to our service desk so we can start repairing the issue.
