Hello! I bought a used Nook Simple Reader online and it won't connect to my wifi. I'm not sure if it needs to be factory reset or if there's some other issue, but I wanted to go in to my local MicroCenter and see if the customer support workers can help. Does MicroCenter service nooks? If not, what should I do?

I'd run through those resources and see if you can find anything that works, and otherwise your best bet is to reach out to Barnes & Noble about it, or Samsung if it's one of the Samsung Nooks.
