SKU 942771 Availability Inquiry

I have a question about product availability at the Westbury store... SKU: 942771 said they had 5 this morning at like 10am and now says out of stock.  Is it really out of stock at Westbury or is it a glitch in the site?? (called and couldn't even get on hold)

Hello @tneary7! Welcome to the Community. I split your discussion out into its own since it's a bit of a different question than the thread you posted in addressed. 

Stock online is updated pretty much real-time with availability in the store. While there can occasionally be an error, it's rare for that to happen and I've only ever seen it in cases where we're showing an item in stock and we end up not having it, not the other way around.

If it's not showing in stock online then assume it's not available at the store.
