Laptop Service Status
Hi,
I had given my laptop for service in Brooklyn earlier this week and was told that a
technician would call me in 48 hours after diagnosing the problem in my
laptop . It's been more than 48 hours and I'm yet to hear back from anyone , or get any confirmation email about my service/repair number.
I would like an update about my laptop.
