Cancel an online order

How do I cancel an online order? 
One part has been shipped and received, but last item is still Routed, can I cancel the order still, and how?

I just got an email saying this product has been shipped. I originally wanted to cancel because it said it would be shipped on December 10th...but if it’s already shipped now that is fine? Just a bit confused

We attempted to pull the order. You may still receive a shipping email, and if we were unable to pull it in time, you can return it and we will assist you with that.
