Are these items out of stock in the Fairfax VA store?

I was looking online at these items:

and it says they are out of stock at every single Micro Center store. I was wondering if this is because they are not being sold entirely from the Micro Center franchise anymore, or if there is a mistake?

Store stock is updated regularly during business hours online. Unfortunately we would not have information on when a store will receive more.
