While curved monitors might benefit gamers, I would stay away from them for any CAD work.

My recommendation would be a flat 32" 4K monitor like an LG 32UD59-B

I just bought this monitor and it is amazing! i don't game...i use it for production, mixing, AutoCAD etc. I highly recommend for anyone. 144hz its beautiful. and its curved so idk iif thats a deal breaker for you but its good none the less.

I like to use widescreens mostly. I am a gaming guy as well, espacially I play 4 BILDER 1 WORT 7 BUCHSTABEN LÖSUNGEN so I prefer something really wide.

I use a pair of HP Z27s, These are great monitors, I still prefer the 2-3 separate monitors over the ultrawides, at least for now, These monitors have great number of connections, Display port, HDMI, and USB-C, and also USB input ports, I also like the stands they sit on, the color correctness is also very good.
