need help with a fortnite and warzone pc

i have a budget of 2200 and i want to get a steady 240fps in fortnite and warzone

Before giving a recommendation  I'd like you to answer some questions. 

1) What resolution were you wanting to play at? Was it going to be 1080p, 1440p?
2) Do you have any preferences as far as brand is concerned for your CPU and video card?

1080p i do not have any prefrences with cpu, but i will have a g sync monitor so nvidia

Great. Honestly with a budget like that you can build a very high-end system. One other question I forgot to ask, does that budget include the cost of a monitor, or is it just for the computer build on its own? I came up with this assuming you may need to leave some for a monitor:

One thing I'd note is that the CPU cooler I included is fine for stock use, but if you want to overclock your CPU you'd want something stronger.

You could jump up to the EVGA RTX 2080ti Black Edition but that puts you right at $2200 before taxes. Every other 2080ti model is more expensive so you'll keep pushing up out of your budget. 

Otherwise, you could go for an Intel  i9-9900k for your processor.
