Do you honor warranty on a dead laptop battery?
I purchased a battery for my laptop 6/2/19 and the box says it has a one year warranty. It no longer holds a charge. It is: 042150 DRBATTERY NBBATT 10.8V 4400MAH

Hello @NEAW, welcome to the Micro Center Community!
You can bring that battery to our store and we can work on that warranty and get you a replacement. -
This helps but I am adhering to the stay at home policy that is in place now. Is there anyway that this can be handled over the phone? Can a replacement be shipped to me? My concern is that when I am able to be out and about again the warranty will have expired.

We can get your information to your nearest store's service desk and see what options we have. I'm going to open up a ticket and send you an email follow-up for this, please respond when you have the opportunity!
