Increase in store pickup window


I ordered a tv in the NY, flushing store but have not been able to contact the store directly as the phone line has been busy. Right now I have a pick up of Thursday but I won’t be able to make it that day and I need an extension until Saturday May 2nd. Is this doable? Thanks

    Hello @Bill1 and welcome to the Micro Center Community! I apologize about the inconvenience. We are currently experiencing higher call volumes. Our order reservations system is automated and the order will automatically cancel out 3 days after it is ready for pickup. If you are not able to pickup the order by the time provided in the email, you can replace the order to extend it. Note that you will not be charged for the order that cancels or you do not pickup.
