Hello @Soyo and thank you for joining the Micro Center Community. My apologies regarding the traffic with our telephone lines as we are currently handling much higher call volumes than normal. I will be happy to assist you with cancelling the pickup-up reservation order you placed. What is the order number? Note, that the order will automatically cancel three days after you receive the reservation ready email and the holding charge will drop off.
