Absolutely, please let us know.

Everything else works as it should. All tests performed, but no display with the 6700 XT card. I re-installed my RX 570 for now and no issues.
I'll be checking with the store for an exchange. Thanks to those who supported!

Sorry for the issues but we will be able to assist with a return/exchange in store.

Ian, I exchanged that 6700xt for another new one and had the same issue. I took it to a local shop for diagnosis, to rule out any problems with my components. That 6700xt is also bad. I want to bring this one in and exchange towards the next step up, not another 6700xt. Will I have any issues with this? Thanks.

@Rearwheel69 just chiming in. We need to check on your order and purchase of the 6700xt. We will be emailing, please respond to the email.

i have a ryzen 7 3700x and a msi gaming pro carbon x370 i need a bios update but i don’t have display on my monitor bc i need the bios update. i’ve been trying to figure it out and idk what to do.

A 3700x doesn't have integrated graphics. You would need a video card.

Sorry for the necro, but I think it would be worth it to add for a multi-screen setup:
- Start off with 1 monitor (especially on Windows) and then add in additional monitors once that is working as expected.
- If your first monitor is working, but things aren't working as expected (e.g. in this case specifically, additional monitors aren't working) check that you have the proper drivers installed for your GPU. A fairly simple and effective way to check this (in Windows) is to open "Device Manager", then expand the "Display adapters" - you should see your card listed. If so, right click on it and select "Properties" then click on the "Driver" tab.

If u have a video card make sure all ur cables are inserted in the video card not in the motherboard

I have this issue. I downloaded AMD Ryzen master for my CPU. I changed one setting to help with my performance, restarted my PC and now it won't even turn on. Monitor won't display anything and just goes to sleep. PC is working with the fans spinning and the RGB is working (all parts seem to be working) there are two debug lights turned on my MSI mother board. 1 red next to CPU 1 orange next to DRAM. Any idea what this might be or how to fix it before I bring it in to get it fixed?
