Hello @Yessir! Welcome to the Community.
Before giving a recommendation I do have one question for you: Is that budget including the cost of Windows as well? Remember, Windows is an extra $140 and that will change the recommendations I would give. -
Yes I don’t have windows but I do have it for other devices

So, I came up with this configuration:
https://www.microcenter.com/site/content/custom-pc-builder.aspx?load=419f82b9-61e3-4e42-91e5-b9fda45f108a
That's with a copy of Windows included, which puts it up to $808.91 before taxes. If you need to save a bit to account for taxes, you could drop the SSD and use just a hard drive, but your loading times and bootup will be slower than if you were using an SSD. -
Sorry to bug u tony but I don’t have a keyboard mouse or monitor so could u make me a configuration with then in the build

Okay. So with that in mind, I'm going to be up-front with you and say that doing this as a full custom build is probably not going to be that cost effective.
This is about the best configuration I could come up with that stayed close to your budget:

But it's about as budget as budget can get.
I think you'd be better off purchasing something like our Powerspec B244 then adding a GTX 1650 Super and an extra hard drive to it. It comes with a keyboard/mouse and Windows included, and you can get a 1080p/60Hz monitor along with it. After taxes that would total about $810. If you did it like this, you'd have a better processor, better GPU and an SSD for Windows so it would overall perform better than the configuration I just listed above.
