I think you'd be better off purchasing something like our Powerspec B244 then adding a GTX 1650 Super and an extra hard drive to it. It comes with a keyboard/mouse and Windows included, and you can get a 1080p/60Hz monitor along with it. After taxes that would total about $810. If you did it like this, you'd have a better processor, better GPU and an SSD for Windows so it would overall perform better than the configuration I just listed above.
