$500-700 pc build

Hey so I kinda know about pc parts and all but always want more info, I'm tryanna build a pc to mostly play league of legends and also apex. Not really sure what I should build since I'm gonna upgrade in the future as well

Im planning on buying all that separate so it wouldn't be included in budget and it would be after taxes.
