HDMI or Power issue

My desktop is getting power, but the tower light isn't on. It's not reading the mouse or keyboard. The monitor is plugged in separately and reads HDMI  No Signal and is blue. What should I do?

Hello @LeoC and welcome to the Micro Center Community!  To get a little more insight on this, is this a custom built computer or a pre-built PC?

It's a custom built PC. It was a few years ago that I purchased it at Microcenter and moved since so I don't have the exact specs(paperwork)but it might be on file on your system?

Gotcha.  Did you move recently or did the PC get moved around prior to this?  Any recent events like a power surge or outage occur?  Or did this just happen out of nowhere?

 No power surge or it hasn't been moved, it happened randomly after I powered it off.

So I tried it, the same results occurred. I see a light on the inside and hear the fan power on, but the tower power light is off and the monitor reads HDMI No Signal and is blue. A little more info. Originally it wasn't reading the keyboard cuz the wires may be a little janky, then I try to power it down, an error message came on(I didn't read it) and I used the mouse to power it down with the dropdown and selected restart. It powered down and took a long time and never powered up. Now it's this. HELP!!

Wait so you were able to see a display on your monitor at one point?
