I ordered some parts last night and I did not get a confirmation email, and the transaction did not hit my bank. I need these parts TODAY and my associate was going to be picking them up today for me but I have nothing to give him to show for the transaction. I have been calling the store all day and it just keeps cutting me off. Please resopnd to this asap.

    Hello @MarkDrumz! Welcome to the Community. 

    Due to the virus outbreak we've had an extremely high volume of reservations. Depending on which store location you're closest to, some of our locations have had long delays in processing those reservations. 


    The transactions are actually finalized at the store which is why nothing has showed up on your card yet.  Normally we encourage people to wait for their confirmation email but if this is something that's very time-sensitive your best bet would be to come in if the items are in stock still.
