Looking to drive 40 IP cameras through NVR and display live images on 4 - 50" monitors. Anyone have advice on the video card and or associated power requirements?

Many video cards can support four displays simultaneously. This link will give you a list of all the video cards we carry that can support four:

Power requirements are going to vary depending on the card. A 500W power supply should be sufficient for the cheaper cards like the RX 580, 5500XT and GTX1650. Each card will list the recommend power requirements in their specs so I would just check there to be sure.
The GTX1650 is going to be the easiest to drive as those cards typically only require a 350W or 400W PSU.
