Hello, I need to cancel a recent online order.  It is at the Overland Park, KS store.

Hello @Venture_21!  Welcome to the Micro Center Community!  To confirm, this is for an in-store pickup reservation, correct?

Thank you @Venture_21, I am sorry for the delayed response. Normally instore reservations are cancelled after 3 days when they are not picked up. We can submit a cancellation request to the store, however we would need the order number to processed this. You may text us directly if this hasn't been taken care of.

@__jim_____ If you would like to cancel ahead of the 3 day hold, you may do so by text to the store this order was placed. If you provide us with the Name and Order number we'll be happy to get this taken care of. If you do not have the Order number available, you can also send us the e-mail that was used by text directly to your local store location.
