can i replace an out of stock order?
I wanted to know if i can replace an item that went out of stock during purchasing online

That's pretty easy then. If we have an alternative item in-stock, you can pick it up at the store then bring it to the reservation counter with you, or place a second reservation then pick them up at the same time once they're both confirmed.
