Hello, I am looking to build a PC and I have no clue what parts to build. My budget is 750 including peripherals (mouse, keyboard, headset, monitor, Microsoft windows, connection for Wi-Fi) Can someone help me?

Hello @Matt4! Welcome to the Community. I merged your two posts together since they were both the same. 

If you're including the cost of Windows and peripherals, I think your best option is actually to go with a pre-built system. I assume you were planning to use this for some gaming, correct?

Can you help put together just a build that's $750 including just windows? Do I need a wireless adapter?

Including the cost of Windows, I came up with this:

The motherboard has Wifi built in, so need need for a wireless adapter. It leaves you a little wiggle room for future upgrades like adding more RAM or a stronger video card. The processor is about as entry level as it gets for gaming. It's about $730 before taxes so leaves a little wiggle room to keep it closer to $750 with taxes included. Just keep in mind there's no peripherals or monitor included, which would be extra cost.
