Anyone know how to reset the password on the Winbook Security DVR when you don't remember the one you changed it to?

I have a camera FC2403P, S/N (Serial Number removed)   I had to change my router and fourgot my password in the Winbook Pro app -- I have tried to reset my password several times, but the codes that come from (email removed) never work in the app.  I tried to create a new account and add the camera, but it says the camera is already assigned to another account.  Help!  Thanks!  Brad Hyatt (phone number removed)

Need understanding of Winbook D5008DH Security DVR.

This unit is equipped with a composite video output, however, there is no output on it.  I have looked for setup controls, etc. but

can't find anything to enable this output.  Any ideas?

I do see that there is a CVBS output (See below)

Could you help me to better understand what you mean by there being no output? Is it showing only a blank screen? Are you using the HDMI output?
