 Hello, can you tell me is there anyone actually answering the phones during normal business hours
ordered 2 new monitors in stock and found normal shipping was 2 maybe three days time. Paid and then receipt stated that items would not even ship out for 8 days, a week later than the order, not sure why but that is not good for a instock item why so long just to process the order ? -------- Called in yesterday and today waiting on hold for some one to pickup both times over 1 hour then just could not hold any more. If there is not one there then this should be made clear when so many businesses are fighting for work and sales this your business should be fairly easy to staff with some one to answer and direct customers to expedite sales.
Please can some one call  or email, today or tomorrow for a shipping update before I have to charge back the card used due to unable to contact anyone at this business that is taking payment for sales.     
numbers called = 614-850-3675 ( NO ANSWER)  410-51-0590 ( NO ANSWER ) 1 hour hold each...
