Hello @Marhoncho! Welcome to the Community.
I'd like to ask some questions first before giving a recommendation:
1) What kind of games are you playing, and what kind of resolution/framerate are you targeting?
2) Do you have peripherals already (mouse, keyboard, monitor, etc...)
3) Is this budget including the cost of Windows? Windows costs $140.
4) Is this before or after taxes? -
I wanna run games like GTA,Witcher,Star Wars, csgo,Seige,Ark,Modern warfare, etc
at 1080P with over 60 fps
I already have a mouse and keyboard i just need a moniter I’m willing to spend 100-200 on a moniter separate from the pc budget
and after tax -
So I came up with this:
https://www.microcenter.com/site/content/custom-pc-builder.aspx?load=e6ebe282-6625-4c67-8e42-37ed04f1902a
Comes out to about $850 before taxes. The 2600X will be a solid option for streaming, and the 1660 Super should reliably get you 60FPS at 1080p in the titles you listed. You might need to lower settings a bit on the more graphically demanding games like Ark or Witcher 3 but overall it should perform well. The games you listed are all pretty large, so I opted not to include an SSD to try and stay within the budget you listed. If you can stretch the budget a bit, I'd recommend tossing in a 256GB SSD to run Windows at least.
I'll also mention that if you can, it might be worthwhile to wait a little bit for the new AMD Ryzen 3 3300X to come out and see what pricing looks like then, since it's shaping up to be a very compelling budget option. -
Parts aren’t available at my store RIP 😢

The specific part selection is pretty flexible. If one particular thing isn't in stock, it can pretty easily be swapped for something similar. Which store are you closest to?

It looks like it's the video card and CPU not available. For the video card, you could switch it for something like this instead:
https://www.microcenter.com/product/615137/gigabyte-geforce-gtx-1660-super-overclocked-dual-fan-6gb-gddr6-pcie-30-graphics-card
As for the CPU, we may bet getting them back in stock soon, but I'm not sure when that would be. The alternative would be switching to a Ryzen 5 3600 which is about $30 more.
