New monitor will not power on - return

I bought 4 monitors last Friday, May 1st,  installed for customer on Tuesday May 5th.
One monitor will not power on and I can't get through on the phone to anyone at MicroCenter.
What are my options?  I'm 2 hours away in Tyler, TX

Hello @GaryB! Welcome to the Community.

Monitors come with a 30-day return period, so if you'll be back near the store in that timeframe you can just bring them back in. If that's not something that will be easily doable, let me know and I'll send you an email follow-up so we can explore what options we have.
