AMD Rewards Invalid Code

Bought a 3900x came with a redemption code but says invalid. Contacted AMD they say its up to the retailer to fix it. Any idea on how i go about it?

I was able to look up the purchase with your email address, could you tell me the exact error message you're getting? Also, are you redeeming the error code on the system that has the 3900X installed?

Says coupon code is not valid. Yes i am using the system with the 3900x
