Loud fan new PC build

Just built my first PC. The build was much easier than expected. Everything is fine except the cpu fan ramps up and down at idle. It fluctuates at 37-54 degrees celcius at idle and the fan goes nuts.
Case- Fractal design
Motherboard- aorus B450m elite rev1
AMD RYZEN5 3600x
16GB RAM RIPSAW
1TB NVME
STOCK AMD FAN
EVGA RTX 2060
Oh and a HUGE thank you to the gentleman that helped me pick out the build. Well to be honest he chose it all and im quite happy. Im bad with names sorry bro lol.

Hello @aconman! Welcome to the Community.

It's fairly normal for your CPU temps to ramp up and down even when idling because there are things in the background going on that can briefly boost your CPU utilization, but if it's excessive then you may benefit from doing a BIOS update on your motherboard. These types of issues were a somewhat common complain early for the Ryzen 3000 series on certain motherboards, and BIOS updates helped to alleviate some of these issues.

If a BIOS update doesn't quite fix it, my suggestion would be to set a custom fan curve for your CPU fan to make it less aggressive at lower temperatures.
