DRAM light turning on

I had built this rig a few months back and everything had been working well. When I tried to boot my computer today the red CPU light on my motherboard flicked on then the DRAM light had turned on and stayed lit. All of the fans and lights turn on, but nothing on my monitor appears and my mouse and keyboard are still off.

I have tried resetting the bios using the jumpers and the removing the cmos battery. I have also tried moving the ram sticks into different configurations, including running only one stick at a time.

Specs:
Motherboard: B450 Aorus M
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600 w/ wraith cooler
GPU: R9 390 8GB
Memory: Geil evo potenza ddr4 3200 (2x8)
PSU: Corsair CX750M
Storage: 1TB HDD, 256 GB SSD

It's hard to say exactly what the issue is. Do you have another kit of RAM you can test? If so I'd do that first.

If not, I'd actually try re-seating your CPU and see if that helps. If the RAM was bad it's unlikely both modules would go. I think this is more likely to be a board issue or something related to the memory controller on your CPU. Disconnect all your peripherals as well, just to be safe.
