I have a iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, 2017) and want to upgrade the memory but it is one of the models that does not have a door in the back so I can't do it myself. I would like to buy two 16 GB memory cards from you and have Micro Center Denver replace the two 4 GB memory cards that came with it. The problem is I am using the iMac to work from home and I need someone to answer the question, how long will this take if I drop it off? Will it take a day, a week or what? The answer will make a big difference as to when I decide to do this. Hello @Sunus our service department is operating on a drop off only basis currently. Denver is a bit backed up on in terms of service requests, and I do not have an estimated time frame. I was able to determine that we do not have the 16gb of memory in stock, currently it appears we only have 8gb sticks, https://www.microcenter.com/product/510955/neo-forza-8gb-ddr4-2400-(pc4-19200)-cl17-so-dimm-laptop-memory-(apple-memory-module). I am sorry for the inconvenience, but we would be able to order any parts necessary if you still wanted to bring the computer in.

Thank you so much for your honest reply! Very much appreciated!  I will probably wait another month or so to bring it in and I may buy the 16gb memory sticks myself and bring them in with the computer to speed the process up.
