HDMI No Signal

Just recently finished building my pc. Everything seems to work except HDMI. When I plug in a monitor or tv with a HDMI it shows no signal. I also was able to use a monitor that uses dvi and that works. I plugged the hdmi to the graphics card and the mother board and still no signal. I downloaded the drives for my graphics card and still no resolution.  Here is my build.
