Webcam not working after replacing digitizer. HP 15- U010dx

I replaced the digitizer on my HP Envy x360 15-u010dx. The touch
screen is not working and neither is the video camera and microphone.
What could be the issue. Touch screen was enabled and laptop was reset, still nothing.
