Can someone else pick up my online order?
I've tried to call (Houston) multiple times, but their lines are full. I won't be able to pick up my order any longer (I live in Austin). Can I have a family member in Houston pick it up for me? I'm assuming they would need my family member's info and potentially mine to verify, but I can't get through on the phone.

Greetings. Someone else can pick up your order, as long as they are paying with their own credit card that matches their own identification.
