How do I install windows 10 from CD if I don't have an optical drive?

So I am building a PC and I ordered Windows 10 off OWC and it came as a CD. I looked it up on youtube and I can't find a way of transferring the software from the CD to a USB flash drive. I don't have an optical drive or any other PC that has a Windows software that I can use. I do have an old Mac with a CD reader. pls help

Hello @Thor2707 and welcome to the community!
You can actually download and create a bootable Windows 10 USB drive for free here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10  You will need a Windows computer that can connect to the internet and a USB drive that is at least 8 GB. You will not be able to do this on your Mac, unfortunately. Is it possible for you to use a friend's PC to create this? Keep in mind, it can take at least an hour to create.
