Missing AMD Offer

Hello I just finished building my system out yesterday with a Ryzen 3600 and 5700XT, all parts from microcenter. I did not get my AMD raise the games offer for my graphics card yet. I already received the gaming offer for my Ryzen 3600 but I really want the two free games.

I have called microcenter multiple times but have been dropped due to the hold list being full.
What should I do??

I also didn't get these offer codes for this promo with my RX 5600 XT I bought last night. I'm in queue for their live chat since I cant reach anyone at my local store by phone

After about 45 minutes waiting in the live chat queue, they were able to send me the xbox game pass code for this promo at least

As game promotions are while supplies last, we are out of codes for this promotion. I do apologize to both of you. When looking at a product page for these cards such as https://www.microcenter.com/product/610872/powercolor-radeon-rx-5700-xt-red-devil-overclocked-triple-fan-8gb-gddr6-pcie-40-graphics-card - it is no longer listed.
