I can't install ESET Internet Security on my PowerSpec PC

I purchased a PowerSpec PC in April, 2020 and a prompt came up saying to install ESET Internet Security. When I try to fill in the registration form I have to choose my country then state THEN fill in the other blanks. 
After all that, I get "The License Key or Retail Code you entered could not be found in our system."
What should I do from here? ESET doesn't show up anywhere on my computer except for the Activation Helper when I start the PC.

There are some cases where our PowerSpec serial numbers are not added to the ESET database right away. If that is the case then we do certainly
Can you try filling out the registration on this site: https://store.eset.com/us/activate/microcenter/ Just be sure to enter the serial number of your PowerSpec PC at the bottom. Let us know if you are still unable to register.

I filled everything out and still got the message "The License Key or Retail Code you entered could not be found in our system."

Alright, I will send you a private message to get this resolved. In the meantime, to get your computer secure I recommend downloading ESET directly from their website here: https://www.eset.com/us/download/home/ You can use your email address to start a free trial now.

I bought a PowerSpec from Micro Center three days ago and I set it up this morning but I can’t activate the Eset Internet Security that I also bought at Micro Center because 1) the window won’t let me select my State in the drop-down menu, which is a required field, and 2) the “submit” button doesn’t do anything.  I sent an e-mail to Eset describing the problem and they sent an automated response that they’ll get back to me about my case in 24-72 hours. In the meantime, I have googled my issue and multiple others have had the same dilemma and were advised to contact Micro Center directly by forum respondents. Please help me if you can.

I too have had this issue since I got my PC and it pops up to remind me about the offer every 2 weeks and I am not only unable to fill out the form and it gives me the same error message, the original pop up is just a small gray screen.

Press Control+Shift+Escape to open Task Manager. Select your Startup Apps tab, right click on the ESET app and disable it. Please fill this form out to start your trial: https://www.eset.com/us/support/activate/microcenter/

The License Key or Retail Code you entered could not be found in our system.

Sent a message over to our tech support team to add the serial to the ESET database. This usually takes a few days, I'll @ you here once we have an ETA.

So what I have found is go ahead and uninstall the application that prompts at startup on a new PowerSpec and download a new installer from ESET and follow the prompts there.
