I bought a PowerSpec from Micro Center three days ago and I set it up this morning but I can’t activate the Eset Internet Security that I also bought at Micro Center because 1) the window won’t let me select my State in the drop-down menu, which is a required field, and 2) the “submit” button doesn’t do anything. I too have had this issue since I got my PC and it pops up to remind me about the offer every 2 weeks and I am not only unable to fill out the form and it gives me the same error message, the original pop up is just a small gray screen.

Press Control+Shift+Escape to open Task Manager. Select your Startup Apps tab, right click on the ESET app and disable it. Please fill this form out to start your trial: https://www.eset.com/us/support/activate/microcenter/
@PowerSpec_MikeW I disabled the program and filled out the form and I am getting this error -
The License Key or Retail Code you entered could not be found in our system.
Sent a message over to our tech support team to add the serial to the ESET database. This usually takes a few days, I'll @ you here once we have an ETA.

I hadn't heard anything back, but I will get you an update Monday.
They're still working on it, we're going to get this resolved. I'll have a solution for you by tomorrow, expect an email from us early tomorrow.

I think we had an old email still on file. I sent the email again to your listed email address.
So what I have found is go ahead and uninstall the application that prompts at startup on a new PowerSpec and download a new installer from ESET and follow the prompts there.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
