PC won’t turn on

Light on motherboard turns on. Mouse, keyboard, or monitor do not. My buddy thought he fixed the issue by unplugging power supply from motherboard and plugging in. Fixed for 1 day then back to this issue

I have, and unfortunately no fix. I plan on bringing it to my MicroCenter on Sunday to see if they know the issue. Just wish I could play today 😭

I know how you feel. It does seem that everything is connected properly. Does the system at least power on or will it just not POST? I would go through and start reseating all the connectors and making sure the RAM, CPU, and graphics card are seated properly. I am assuming you have already tried clearing the CMOS as it is in the troubleshooting guide. Did you get any different results from booting the PC with 1 stick of RAM?

I reseated everything, worked great last night! This morning I’m having the same issue, it just won’t turn on first try! The PC will power on, there is a light on the motherboard that stays on, no blinking or anything. But my screen, mouse, nor keyboard will turn on. I haven’t tried one stick of ram yet, will try after work today

And if I do go to microcenter today could I bring my build and have them look at it during these restrictions?

Yes all Micro Center stores are still accepting service/repairs, no appointment needed, however all service at this time is drop-off only.

I’m going into micro center today at 2, is there anything I’ll need to bring besides the build? My own keyboard, mouse, and monitor or?
