On-line Order
I recently made an order which I thought would be delivered to my home address, but instead it appears to have been made a reservation for in-store pickup. Is there any way to get that changed? If not then I would like to cancel the order.

I have attempted calling in and using the support chat feature, but neither has put me in touch with anyone. I thought I would try this before submitting a form and communicating through email.
