We are waiting for a response regarding the availability of a Hyper X Quadcast microphone. How do we know when it’s available or how do we communicate with Eric ( who helped us in the store recently).... or anyone else who can let us know when it’s available? Thank you.

That is a great question. COVID-19 really screwed up the distribution of electronics. I was lucky to reserve an alternate graphics card when the one I wanted was out of stock for a few weeks. I got tired of waiting and reserved the backup one right away and it was the last one! It's crazy. You can try to order it online and I wish you good luck. Did you try MC online?
