Wait for e-mail? For how long?

If an item shows as being in-stock and my in-store pick-up reservation is accepted (w/credit card check), how long am I supposed to wait for this e-mail to show up telling me to come in and pick it up? I'm on day #3 and I don't understand why it takes (if I'm lucky) 3 days to mark an item as "sold" and tell me to come in. And a phone call to the store or customer service? Good luck with that. I only found out recently there was a Micro Center close to where I live and this is my firsts experience. I'm not feeling good about this right now, but it's not too late for you to turn it around...

    Hello @orlandom! Welcome to the Community. 

    I looked up your email and found a reservation for a Gigaby Z390 Aorus motherboard placed late in the evening on Saturday. The reservation was actually cancelled yesterday morning because the store did not have the item available. You should have received an email then, it's possible it ended up in your spam folder.
