Hello @Prxly! Welcome to the Community.

Everything in your build list is compatible, just keep in mind that there's a small chance the B450 motherboard will require a BIOS update to be compatible with the CPU. Most all the 400-series boards should have the BIOS updated out of box by now, but we still see one every once in a while that needs to be updated. 

Besides that, I'd personally prefer a different case, like the Fractal Design Meshify C, since it has better airflow. You could also save some cost by going with non-RGB memory. Otherwise the build is solid overall.

Yeah for example G. Skill Ripjaws V 3600 CL16 kit is only 84 bucks at micro center and basically everywhere you can find it.  So essentially the same ram for 30 bucks cheaper.  Which would basically pay for a 1tb spinning drive for more storage at the same price.  And from personal experience the meshify C is an awesome case 10/10 would recomend.
