Warranty

I have a fairly new build PC that all of a sudden stooped working, the fans and lights work and there's a single beep but there's no video output. I've been able to test the video card, RAM and PSU on a separate system (Intel based) and they all work but I'm not able to test the motherboard and the CPU since they are AMD. Both motherboard (ASUS PRIME X470-PRO) and CPU (AMD RYZEN 5 3600) are under two year warranty. So I'm wondering how to go about checking and if need be replacing them? I've tried calling my local store but they seem to be too busy to answer, understandable with the pandemic, so I thought I'd inquire here. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Grab your receipt that has the motherboard, box up the motherboard neatly will all accessories and go in the store for an exchange. They will gladly do that and explain the issue to them. I had a an issue with graphics card and both was defective out of the box. I made 3 trips to the store. Good luck to you
