Houston Store unreachable and unhelpful via text

I'm trying to get any sort of estimate of the wait time for the service department. I'm not looking for a guaranteed time, I'm just trying to figure out if it will probably take a day or a month or 6 months to get support.
The "hold capacity" on the phone has been constantly full for 30 minutes, which I find very hard to believe.
I'm just trying to decide if I want to make the drive to the store or not based on whether it will take a few days or a few weeks or a few months for my computer to get serviced.

I cannot get any help with the hardware that I bought at your store. This is extremely frustrating at this point.
