Cooler master lite (RGB) and motherboard

So I connected every to the motherboard correctly but the back fan wont turn on and the front ones w/ the RGB I can't see where to connect them.

Is this the Cooler Master Masterbox Lite 5 RGB? If so there should be a 3 way splitter for the RGB fans to allow you to connect them all to the RGB header on the board.
