Power Supply went out of stock after I ordered, didnt get a refund.

I ordered all the parts to build a pc for pickup roughly 4 hours ago. One of my parts (800w Power supply) went out of stock after I ordered. The followup email said that the charge would be deducted but it is still charging me the original total. I want the funds to be refunded so I can order a different one. I want to resolve this before I make the trip to pick up my parts.
