How to adjust the lumbar support on the MAINGEAR FORMA GT Gaming Chair

Here is how to adjust the lumbar support:

1. Locate the dial on the side of the FORMA GT chair:



2. The dial will be labelled how to increase or decrease lumbar resistance.

Turn the dial clockwise to increase resistance (pushing the support outward) or counter-clockwise to decrease resistance. It can be increased/decreased until the dial can no longer spin in either direction.
