Windows 10 won’t boot up, or repair or recover or reset and won’t do anything

I have an old Asus G74SX laptop, which I have updated the OS from windows 7 Pro to windows 10 Pro. Windows 10 Pro was installed when it was first available. I did not have any issues with initial install several years ago. I have kept checking and updating the OS on weekly intervals. I am now having issues where windows 10 won't boot up, or repair, or recover or reset. It is in constant loop of Blue screen.
I have done the following.
0. made USB system repair disc
1. autorepair
2. uninstall updates (non were available)
3. system restore
4. system image recovery (non were found)
5. tried safe mode
6. tried Command prompt : chckdsk c:/r /x  then ran sfc /scannow then restarted the computer
7. tried Command prompt : chckdsk c:/f  then ran sfc /scannow then restarted the computer
8. tried bootrec /fixmbr then bootrec /fixboot then bootrec /scanos then bootrec /rebuildbcd
none of these work.
Please help.

If you've gone through all that, unfortunately your only two options are to repair your installation from Windows 10 installation media or do a clean install of Windows. 

If neither of those fix it, at that point I'd have to assume there's some sort of hardware issue going on.
