Powerspec G465 Freezes and won't start

Hello @Bloomington1234! Welcome to the Community.
First thing I'd do is unplug the power cord, hold down your power button for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and try turning it back on. Disconnect all the peripherals except the monitor as well, just to make sure one of those isn't potentially causing it. If it continues to freeze after that, there's either a hardware issue or something is wrong with the Windows installation on the system. Either way, at that point I'd recommend bringing it back in, unless you'd be okay with making a set of Windows 10 installation media and doing a clean install.

Thanks. Tried your recommendations but still doesn't work. Will bring back to the store.
