I placed an order this morning and it’s still not ready nearing the end of The business day.
I need to know when I can pick up my hard drive.

I was able to look up the reservation under your email address. The reservation has been confirmed except for the iPad case, which is out of stock unfortunately. Everything else is ready and you have three days to pick them up.
