Successful Bench Tested, won't turn on after install in case
I was able to test bench my PC and got everything running to the point where I installed windows. After taking everything apart and installing it into the case, it won't turn on. When I first tried, it made a short aborted sound, but none of the fans started up and I got no video signal. Even after removing it from the case, it still won't work. Did I screw up trying to wire everything again in the case and fry my motherboard, or did I kill the entire thing? None of the fans cycled even in the power supply and none of the RGB turned on either.

If you're hearing a sound or a click from the power supply. Probably only happens after discharging it, something is shorting the power supply out. Make sure you're not mixing any modular cables from another power supply, they're not universal. Beyond that, unplug everything except the 24 and 8 pin connectors. Try to turn it on, if it does, add the cables back one at a time.
