What is the status of my computer?

I dropped off my Mac on Friday 5/15 at the Micro Center in St. Louis Park, MN. I was told I'd have a repair estimate in 3-5 business days. It's been more than 5 business days, and I still haven't heard anything. I can't reach the store because I'm unable to leave a voicemail message. Can someone please look into this for me, please? Thanks.
