Friend Picking Up Online Order

I placed an order online, but need my friend to pick it up. It said in an email that the person picking it up needs a form of payment. Can I not pay over the phone and have my friend pick it up?

If not, then I can have her pay for it, but it's under my name. Would you still allow her to pick it up?

I tried calling, but it keeps saying phone capacity is full and hangs up on me.

Greetings. Someone else can pick up your order, as long as they are paying with their own credit card that matches their own identification. This has to be done directly at the store.
